ADFS (Active Directory Federated Services) outage Feb. 18-19

Subject: ADFS authenticated services (Quest, LEARN, Workday, Office 365) unavailable during scheduled maintenance

What is happening? The ADFS internal database is being migrated to a SQL database. ADFS authenticated services (e.g. Quest, LEARN, Workday, Office 365) will be unavailable during the maintenance window. 

ADFS (Active Directory Federated Services) is how we synchronize your on-campus logins with our cloud-hosted services. During this maintenance window login to core services such as Quest, LEARN, Workday, Office 365 will not work. This update is necessary to improve reliability of the service.

This will impact student access to mail and online course materials.

When is this happening? Tuesday, February 18 10:30 p.m. to Wednesday, February 19 at 12:30 a.m.
