Making Math Visible

We create hands-on construction activities that result in beautiful art objects providing mathematical inspiration in classrooms. Coming from both ends of the educational spectrum — university and primary — we have combined our love of art and math in a way that is accessible to all. We will show examples that illustrate the success of our cross-disciplinary approach. Audience members will learn how to replicate many of these original activities and will make a visually engaging, mathematically rich geometric object to take home.
