Stephen M. Watt is Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Professor in the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo. Professor Watt’s areas of research include algorithms and systems for computer algebra, programming languages and compilers, mathematical handwriting recognition and document analysis. He is the recipient of numerous distinctions, including Doctor honoris causa from the University of the West (Romania), the J.W. Graham Medal in Computing and Innovation (Waterloo) and the Outstanding Innovation Award (IBM).

Kirsten Jack is the Director of Tapis Intelligence, the online platform connecting businesses with local intelligence. She has a track record of establishing regional business units, and international programmes, partnerships and initiatives and growing to scale. She previously oversaw design and implementation support for infrastructure and cities programmes across the UK Department for International Development’s 30+ focal countries in Africa, MENA and Asia.

Andy Morton is Global Head of Citi's G10 Rates, Markets Treasury, and Finance businesses, and a member of the Global Markets Management Committee. G10 Rates is Citi's market making and risk-taking business in all G10 Rates products, including bonds, swaps, options, exotics, agencies, and supras with trading hubs in New York, London, Tokyo, and Sydney. Markets Treasury manages the interest rate risk of Citi's Institutional Balance Sheet, and the Finance business manages all secured fixed income financing. Prior to joining Citi, Andy spent 15 years at Lehman. He had held several senior positions, including Head of European Fixed Income and Global Head of Fixed Income. Andy began his working career as an academic in mathematical finance and is the co-author of the HJM interest rate model, the widely used framework for the valuation of interest rate derivatives.

Mahesh V. Tripunitara is a Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo. Professor Tripunitara’s main research area of interest is information security and his projects involve both fundamental and applied aspects. He has completed work in authorization and access control, cryptographic key transport, secure payments, usable security, and security and reliability of computer hardware. Professor Tripunitara has written and published many papers including Securing Computer Hardware Using 3D Integrated Circuit (IC) Technology and Split Manufacturing for Obfuscation, which won the Best Student Paper award at the 22nd Usenix Security Symposium, and Least-Restrictive Enforcement of the Chinese Wall Security Policy, co-written with his Ph.D. graduate Alireza Sharifi, which won the Best Paper Award at the 18th ACM SACMAT.
