We have two partner schools in Finland. Please select below for further information:

Tampere University

Why should I study here?

  • Tampere University is the second-largest university in Finland; established in 2019 following the merger of Tampere University of Technology and the University of Tampere.
  • Tampere is the most populous inland city in the Nordics and was ranked #26 in a list of the world’s most hipster cities (2021). It is located about 180 km from Helsinki, Finland’s capital city.
  • Tampere University has three campuses, but Math students would probably want to study at the City Centre campus which houses computer sciences, mathematics and statistics and business/administration or at Hervanta campus which houses computer sciences.

What majors/plans would be a good fit for this school?

Math students could find appropriate courses in the Faculty of Information Technology and Communication Sciences which is based at both the City Centre and Hervanta campus. Students in business administration could find appropriate courses in the Faculty of Management and Business which is based at the City Centre campus.
