We have several events happening across the Faculty, from Math Soc to special events planned by the Dean.

Self-serve
We would like to make sure that we’re not holding events at the same time that draw the same audience so that your event gets all the attention it deserves, provide support if relevant, and we can help you promote it. Fill out the Waterloo Math Community Event Information form to let us know about your upcoming event.
If you’re not sure if your event requires the Events Manager, fill out the Community Event Information form, and ask the question in the Notes section of the form.

Events Manager
For larger events that require a strategic plan, including faculty-wide events, a Dean’s Advisory Committee member is leading, or a reputational event, please fill out the Waterloo Math Event Support Request Form. This form collects detailed information for Dean of Mathematics Office support to make your event successful.
