Sessional Instructors for Fall 2020

Position description: 

We are looking for sessional instructors for several courses for the fall 2020 term.

(Please note that this form should not be used by current graduate students who must instead follow their department’s procedures.)

Sessional instructors may be required for the following courses:

MATH 124 (online): Calculus and Vector Algebra for Kinesiology

MATH 135: Algebra for Honours Mathematics

MATH 137: Calculus 1 for Honours Mathematics

MATH 218 (online): Differential Equations for Engineers

Note:

  • Instructors for other courses not listed above may also be required.
  • Please see Mathematics course descriptions for more information. 
  • On campus sections will be limited to 30 students to comply with health and safety guidelines.
  • Online teaching may be available as part of a teaching team where the focus will be on responding to individual student questions and possibly virtual office hours and tutorials. Digital assets are already in place and do not need to be created.

You must provide a CV/resume, a teaching statement addressing your teaching philosophy, and a cover letter in addition to but not instead of this form (by uploading PDF files using the appropriate section of this form below).

A copy of what you have submitted will be emailed to you. A new form must be submitted for each term.
