 and\nAlexa Nordine will present a workshop for the general public titled:\
 n\nIS THIS COMMON? DIFFERENTIATING SHYNESS FROM SOCIAL ANXIETY\n\nSocial a
 nxiety reflects a common mental health concern associated with\nintense an
 xiety and a fear of judgement from others that is\nexperienced before\, du
 ring\, and after social events. Clinical\npsychology graduate students fro
 m the University of Waterloo will\ndiscuss how social anxiety may present 
 and how to differentiate it\nfrom shyness and normative social concerns. T
 his program will provide\nlisteners with an understanding of social anxiet
 y and its impact on\nindividuals. Tips and strategies for feeling comforta
