Having problems with your landlord?

We can help!

If this is your first-or fourth-year living off campus, you might run into difficulties with your landlord from time-to-time. These problems could be anything from the landlord not responding to your maintenance requests, or maybe you feel they are violating something that was within your initial lease agreement.

The Off-Campus Housing office is here to provide support for all students living off campus – especially when it comes to dealing with landlord issues.

Labour Day road closures

As students prepare to move back to Waterloo, the City of Waterloo will be redirecting traffic temporarily on Lester and Spruce streets, and the surrounding areas, during the busy move-in period for students.

Temporary traffic redirections will occur September 1 through 3, 2012 from 7 am until 6 pm to keep vehicles moving and ease congestion.

Additional police and bylaw officers will patrol these areas on these dates to help keep the traffic flowing smoothly.
