Excellence Canada at Waterloo
The University of Waterloo has committed to the integration of the Excellence Canada's Excellence, Innovation, and Wellness (EIW) Standard across the university as a national quality standard against which to measure and enable organizational excellence, innovation and wellness.
The overarching goal of the university-wide initiative is to advance the University’s Strategic Plan and eight strategic themes, particularly supporting the theme of a “robust employer-employee relationship.”
