The Organizational & Human Development Team
Organizational & Human Development's (OHD) award winning* series of Inclusivity workshops acknowledge, communicate, and promote an understanding of the complexity and uniqueness of the University of Waterloo’s campus community, presenting the ideals by which campus members should engage one another – with respect, sensitivity, and fairness.
* In November 2015, OHD and the University of Waterloo were honoured with the Silver Award in Facilitated Programs from the Institute of Performance and Learning for the Inclusivity Series.
Please note: OHD502 is a prerequisite for all other programs, which can then be taken in any order, with the exception of OHD508.
If you have completed the Inclusivity courses and have not received your e-Certificate, we may have inadvertently missed you.
Please contact OHD to obtain your e-Certificate.

The University of Waterloo acknowledges that much of our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee peoples. Our main campus is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land granted to the Six Nations that includes six miles on each side of the Grand River. Our active work toward reconciliation takes place across our campuses through research, learning, teaching, and community building, and is centralized within our Office of Indigenous Relations.
