'Understanding the multi-generational workforce'

Through the Principles of Inclusivity, this experiential session explores how the four generations can interact together in today's workplace to create a more effective and efficient work environment.  Discover your Generational Profile and explore each generation’s work and life values.

Workshop Goal:

To explore each generation’s life experiences and understand the benefits and value of cross-generational environments.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify and understand how each generation’s life experiences reflect their work and personal preferences.
  • Recognize the value and importance of each generation.
  • Learn how to build and promote an inclusive culture by appreciating the skills and abilities of those from different generations.

​Note: The Principles of Inclusivity workshop is a prerequisite.
