Organizational & Human Development is pleased to announce that applications open today for our two immersive Leadership Development programs: Leadership Essentials and Leadership Foundations. Whether you are a new or seasoned manager, these two development opportunities can help you maximize your full potential. Both programs are aligned to support Waterloo’s 2020-2025 Strategic Plan Connecting Imagination with Impact. The mission, vision, and values of the university are embedded within our programs, and OHD is proud to help advance and support the lifelong learning and professional growth of employees.
Please review the program descriptions and program questions to learn more about the program requirements, the application procedure, and to assess which program may be best suited to your needs. Applications will be accepted until February 28, 2020.
Questions about the programs? Please contact John Fedy, Learning & Development Specialist, about Leadership Essentials, or Susan Willsie, Learning & Development Specialist, about Leadership Foundations.

The University of Waterloo acknowledges that much of our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee peoples. Our main campus is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land granted to the Six Nations that includes six miles on each side of the Grand River. Our active work toward reconciliation takes place across our campuses through research, learning, teaching, and community building, and is centralized within our Office of Indigenous Relations.
