Katrina has been with the university for over 30 years and is well known and respected within the campus community. She has been the primary university resource for training and development for over 15 years. Katrina was a member of the Human Resources department since 1980 and was one of the senior Staff Relations Coordinators. She has a Master Trainer certification from Achieve Global, is a member of the Leadership for Results Training team and teaches Human Resources Management 200 for the department of Psychology.
Sue develops and facilitates a wide range of workshops offered to staff at the Waterloo, from the Leadership Foundations series to her innovative Bookshop series. As the Assistant Director of Organizational & Human Development (OHD), Sue provides customized development options for various groups on campus to assist their particular needs or requirements. As well, she developed and launched the Student Leadership Program (SLP) in 2008. She is a graduate of Waterloo and has over 20 years of experience at the university.

Mark is the planning and event coordinator for the annual Staff Conference and is responsible for marketing and communications for Organizational & Human Development (OHD). Mark is passionate about creating informative and entertaining experiences with a foundation in learning and development or on a community-based focus. Prior to working at Waterloo, Mark has worked in a variety of fields throughout his career, primarily focusing on the not-for-profit and technology sectors. Mark provides brings a high-level of creativity, design, and project management to OHD.
Annette has worked for the University of Waterloo since her graduation in 2001, where she has years of experience developing and training staff, as well as coordinating and facilitating numerous programs. Annette joined the Organizational & Human Development (OHD) Team in 2008 and designs and facilitates workshops for staff. She is a Certified Training & Development Professional (through the Canadian Society of Training & Development), is a trainer of the Personality Dimensions program, and has her Certificate in Leadership.
John has been a member of the University of Waterloo community since 1999. Joining the Organizational & Human Development team in 2012, his interest and expertise are focused on designing and facilitating leadership development opportunities and solutions. He is dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizational units increase their capability to lead, communicate, learn, adapt, and reflect. John is certified as a trainer in Coaching for High Performance®, Personality Dimensions® and is a certified Mentor Practitioner.
Alannah Robinson supports the university community in Organizational and Human Development through the design and delivery of personal and professional development workshops. She is passionate about working with individuals and teams to build capacity, generate ah-ha moments and create new ways of working together. She has a student affairs, experiential education, and research background that has allowed her to approach learning and development through a unique lens.
Susan has been a member of the University of Waterloo community since 2012. With 15 years of experience in the training and development field, Susan is an ardent believer in lifelong learning and professional development. She believes that identifying opportunities for people to generate a sense of harmony between their careers and life is a pursuit worth exploring. Leadership, coaching and providing exceptional service are all areas of interest. Susan is certified as a trainer in Coaching for High Performance®, and Personality Dimensions®.
