Alannah Robinson supports the university community in Organizational and Human Development through the design and delivery of personal and professional development workshops. She is passionate about working with individuals and teams to build capacity, generate 'ah-ha moments' and create new ways of working together. She has a student affairs, experiential education, and research background that has allowed her to approach learning and development through a unique lens.
Alannah has a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation and Leisure Studies from Waterloo and a Masters of Arts in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University. In her program, she developed her organizational development consulting practice by understanding and working with complex and challenging systems to support organizational change and strategic initiative projects.
