This half-day course builds on the principles addressed Writing Matters I. You will learn how the principles function as the foundation for effective professional documents, from simple e-mails to complex proposals. You will then learn to write effective workplace documents based on the principles.  Note: Writing Matters I (OHD207) is a prerequisite.
