Anusheh Fawad is the Communications and Research Coordinator at Partners for Action. She is responsible for developing and implementing P4A’s communication plan and strategies to advance Canadian flood resiliency. She recently graduated from the Master of Environmental Studies (MES)- Sustainability Management program at the University of Waterloo and also has a background in Disaster and Emergency Management (BDEM). Her research work involves examining climate change policies through a gender lens as well as assessing the impact climate change related events, including floods have on marginalized communities. Through her research, Anusheh understands the complex nature of our changing climate and the need to build and maintain partnerships across sectors to manage its impact.
