Persons with dementia and their caregivers needed for study on health care system improvements

Call for participants - Persons with dementia and their caregivers needed for study on health care system improvements

Persons with dementia and their caregivers are needed to provide input to better understand the coordination of care for individuals in the health care system. Participation in this University of Waterloo study would involve taking part in an interview (either one on one or in a pair consisting of a person with dementia and a caregiver).

The interview would last approximately 45 minutes and would be held in a private setting of your choice.
