The PiDC Alliance is so happy to be part of the organizing committee for the inaugural Canadian Culture Change Conference to be held in 2014.

Walk with me...Changing the culture of Aging in Canada will be a two day conference, March 24-25, 2014.

This inaugural national conference will bring together diverse stakeholders (elders, their families, care givers and providers, researchers, and policy makers) from across the care continuum (long-term care, retirement and independent living, community) to learn with and from each other about changing the culture of aging in Canada.

The conference will showcase the work of the Ontario Centres for Learning, Research & Innovation in Long-Term Care (Baycrest, Bruyère  & Schlegel).  It will also highlight culture change initiatives from across Canada.

Supported with funding from the Government of Ontario.

Join together with elders, their families, researchers, service providers, and policy makers to learn with and from each other
