iPod Donation Drive

ipod bc

Donate your used iPod Player and improve the life of a person living with dementia. The Partnerships in Dementia Care (PiDC) Alliance will put your gently used iPods to good use for an amazing cause!

The PiDC Alliance is collecting donations of iPods (Shuffle, Nano, or Classic) for a project benefiting individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias who live in long-term care homes. If you or someone you know has an iPod that is no longer being used, please contact Sherry Dupuis.

Why do we want your used iPod?

The Music and Memory Inc. has shown the positive effects of music on the quality of life of persons living with dementia.

The PiDC Alliance will be giving donated iPods to long-term care and community care programs for use with persons living with Alzheimer’s Disease and other related dementias.

See how powerful access to music can be in the life of a person living with dementia.
