Susan Baker joined the Peace and Conflict Department of Conrad Grebel University College in 2008, following positions in the Operations Department and the Academic Deans Office of the College. She brings to this role a background in business administration and marketing, both in the corporate and not for profit sectors, with significant training in the Customer Service field, as a ten year employee at Delta Hotels Corporate Office.

Administrative Officer and Graduate Studies Coordinator

Seth Ratzlaff completed a Master’s of Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Waterloo in 2018. Prior to which he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Honours English, Rhetoric and Professional Writing, at the University of Waterloo in 2014. As the Administrative Officer and Graduate Studies Coordinator in Peace and Conflict Studies, he works primarily with the Master of Peace and Conflict Studies students from admission to convocation.

Rachel Reist

Peace and Conflict Studies Undergraduate Academic and Administrative Officer & Internship Coordinator

Rachel received a Master of Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Waterloo in 2014 and currently works as the Academic Advisor and Internship Coordinator for Peace and Conflict Studies (PACS). Rachel has spent time living in Nicaragua, El Salvador and Washington, DC. During her time in Washington, Rachel worked with the international anti-militarization movement SOA Watch doing grassroots organizing and event coordination. From 2014-2017 Rachel served on the SOA Watch Council as the representative for Canada, and for part of that time was the Council Coordinator.
