About:
Michelle knows that conflict is a natural part of the human experience and believes that conflict creates an opportunity to transcend barriers and build relationships.
Michelle has a graduate degree in Conflict Transformation from the Centre for Justice and Peacebuilding at Eastern Mennonite University, and a BA in Peace and Conflict Studies from Conrad Grebel University College and the University of Waterloo. Michelle specializes in the area of restorative justice, teaching a course on the topic at the University of Waterloo. Michelle is a trained mediator, circle keeper, and group facilitator.
Michelle understands peacebuilding work as a web of opportunities for strategic collaboration and has enthusiasm for supporting tangible, sustainable partnerships.
