Biography:

Kate graduated with a master of information degree from the University of Toronto. Since then, she has worked with community-based and corporate organizations on a diverse set of projects focused on information access and high-level strategy. Kate is particularly interested in how people access health information, mHealth, aging and mobile technologies and how to best translate research into accessible information.Kate is pursuing a PhD at Waterloo’s School of Pharmacy under the supervision of Kelly Grindrod and Jonathan Blay.
