In March 2016, Melissa Sheldrick’s 8-year-old son Andrew died after a series of errors were made during the dispensing process at their pharmacy. In this public lecture, hear how this tragic event inspired Melissa’s campaign to improve medication error reporting across Canada, and learn about the medication use process, including the role we can all play in ensuring medication safety.

Parking: $5 pay-and-display parking is available Lot 3. The entrance to this parking lot is off Joseph St (at Victoria and Joseph). We are the tall building with floral images on the windows.

Free parking is available in the Bramm Street Yards (#24 on this Kitchener Parking Map) which is a 5 minute walk from our building.

The gated parking lots off of Charles St are NOT for general use; please park in the Lot 3 located off of Joseph St.
