Congratulations to Certina Ho, Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor, for receiving a grant of $50,000 from the Canadian Foundation for Pharmacy. Certina is the Principal Investigator for the project “Safety Alerts for Pharmaceutical Opinion Program: A Pilot Study to Reduce Potential Hospitalizations due to Preventable Drug-Drug Interactions”. In addition to her role here at the School of Pharmacy, Certina also works with the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) in Toronto.
