Jocelyn is the first recipient of the Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC Community Involvement Award. This new award recognizes Black or Indigenous undergraduate students with a strong history of volunteering in their community who demonstrate the values of integrity, customer service, accountability, respect and excellence.
Richard Granholm (Rx2023) is not afraid of taking chances.
Six years after achieving his Bachelor of Music, while sitting in a pharmacy and watching a pharmacist work, a new dream arose for him – a career in pharmacy.
This new journey in pharmacy sparked another passion for Richard, to travel abroad.
The School of Pharmacy had the pleasure of hosting the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists- Ontario Branch (CSHP-OB) Southwestern and Golden Horseshoe Chapters’ residency research night in a hybrid setting this past July.
“The location of our Residency Research Night alternates among the programs that offer pharmacy residencies. Waterloo School of Pharmacy stepped up to host this event for the first time, and they did not disappoint!” says Marisa Ramandt, CSHP-OB Southwestern Chapter Co-Chair.
This past weekend the University of Waterloo hosted its Fall 2022 Open House. Waterloo Pharmacy was on main campus to connect with and answer questions from prospective students for the PharmD program.
