Anthony graduated from Dalhousie University with a pharmacy degree in 1996.
He began his community practice in Moncton, NB at Jean Coutu and then made a move to Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario to work in a large Shoppers Drug Mart. After meeting his wife, also a pharmacist, they decided to move to Toronto, where they currently reside with their two children, Sasha and Lara. For 15 years, Anthony has operated a successful pharmacy relief company and has worked all over Ontario and New Brunswick in well over 200 community pharmacies.
In 2011, Anthony joined the University of Waterloo Pharmacy program as Experiential Coordinator, where he is the main contact for students and employers alike. Drawing from his practical experience as a pharmacist, Anthony brings both depth and breadth of knowledge to his current role.
In his free time, he enjoys travelling with his family, especially to his wife’s home of Serbia, where they vacation every summer.

The University of Waterloo acknowledges that much of our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee peoples. Our main campus is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land granted to the Six Nations that includes six miles on each side of the Grand River. Our active work toward reconciliation takes place across our campuses through research, learning, teaching, and community building, and is centralized within our Office of Indigenous Relations.
