Hospital Pharmacy residencies in Ontario are co-ordinated by the Hospital Pharmacy Residency Forum of Ontario (HPRFO) in co-operation with the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Toronto and School of Pharmacy, University of Waterloo.
