Mike Rossi

Mike Rossi graduated UW Physics in 2011, and went on to found Smile.io, where he is the current CEO. Smile.io builds reward program software for thousands of eCommerce businesses around the word - rewarding 10s of millions of online shoppers each year. The company has 60 employees, and is growing rapidly.

Mike will recap his journey: founding a tech startup after graduating, the ups and downs in the years that followed, and now scaling a company with global reach. He’ll then explore some of the career paths available to Physics graduates in the tech world.
