Research Topic

The current generation of young adults are reshaping cities but are finding it challenging to enter the housing and employment market. My research focuses on the interactions of three different cycles - demographic change, the housing lifecycle, and the business cycle - to understand and forecast the structural challenges facing young adults and urban planners.
