Priority will be given to students in at least 3A, with a minimum cumulative average of 75%, and those in the International Trade Minor.
1) All students who are interested in the Study Tour (August 16 - 30) must submit an application package. Qualifying students will be invited to an interview with a panel of professors. After all the interviews have been completed, we will notify the students who have been selected to go on the trip.
The submission of this webform acts as your application package. In addition to answering the required questions below - including a 500 word Statement of Interest - a current resume must also be uploaded with your webform submission.
The application package must be submitted by 4:00pm on March 1, 2019.
INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
2) Students interested in traveling to Israel should carefully consider (i) whether they are likely to be able to get a visa for travel, and (ii) whether having an Israeli visa in their passport will hinder their ability to travel to other parts of the world they may wish to visit.
3) The cost of this trip, in addition to tuition costs for this course, will be between $4100 and $4800 (not including personal travel expenses for souvenirs, gifts, snacks, some meals, etc.). Some subsidies may also be available as well through UWaterloo scholarships/awards.
If you have any questions about the application, please contact Julia Jones, Undergraduate Program Coordinator, Hagey Hall Room 313.
