About the session: Challenging behaviours and dynamics are elements of managing any project. How can understanding temperament help project managers navigate the complexities of groups while driving project success? This Community of Practice learning event will explore the four temperament types in Personality Dimensions© and give tools and strategies to engage project stakeholders, build esteem while noticing the team dynamics and address challenging behaviours.
