Agile at Waterloo: Case Studies on OUAC XML project and Quest Rapid Delivery

Presenters: Stacey Mahoney and Jonathan Woodcock Information Systems & Technology (IST)

The presentation will cover some basic agile principles, illustrated with examples from Stacey and Jonathan from projects they have led using these methods and reviewing both the challenges and the benefits of implementing these approaches.   A core tenet of the agile approach is feedback and close consultation so in addition to sharing the concepts and lessons learned Stacey and Jonathan would like to encourage community members to provide their own lessons and insights from working in agile team settings, as well as questions and scenarios they may have encountered on their own projects for discussion.
