The Propel Centre for Population Health Impact closed on June 28, 2019.
Waterloo’s Faculty of Applied Health Sciences (AHS) was proud to host Propel as a Faculty research centre since 2013, and as a national research program of the Canadian Cancer Society since 1998. The Centre has made significant contributions to public health research, graduate student training, and service to the public health and chronic disease prevention fields across Canada and beyond.
AHS continues to support a significant range of public health research, including in the areas of mental and global health, aging, addictions and youth behaviour. Parties looking to learn more about current and future public health research in AHS can contact Eugenia Xenos Anderson.
