 organizer\, Professor Wendi Adair of the I-O Psychology program. \nImmedi
 ately after\, the program founder\, Pat Rowe (Professor Emeritus)\nwill pr
 ovide reflections on the founding and development of the\nprogram.  Befor
 e and after lunch we will hear mostly from program\nalumni.  Other presen
 tations will describe specific connections of\nour program with Human Reso
 urce Management education and practice\nissues.  Some of the I-O program'
 s current research will be on\ndisplay in a poster session to be held alon
 g with a mid-afternoon\nbreak.
