Appealing co-op admission decision

Any requests for exceptions to the minimum eligibility criteria for admission to Honours Psychology Co-op for Fall 2016 must be submitted in writing (e.g., hard copy, e-mail attachment, or FAX) to the Psychology Undergraduate Advisor (PAS 3007) by Friday May 5, 2017.

Include with your appeal:

  1. Reasons for wanting to be in the co-op program.
  2. If your averages are below the minimum admission criteria due to extenuating circumstances, describe briefly the situation and the strategies that you have taken or will be taking to improve your grades and academic standing.
  3. If you have not satisfied an academic course(s) requirement for admission, explain why.
  4. If you have not completed the English Language Proficiency Requirement, explain how and when this requirement will be met.
  5. If after Winter 2017 you will have fewer than the minimum number of academic units (overall or in psychology) required for admission to Psychology Co-op Fall 2017, please explain why and provide your plan to remedy this problem before September 1, 2017.
