“On rings graded by semigroups with a unique product property”

In this talk we discuss rings graded by semigroups with certain unique product properties. We focus our attention on the homogeneity of some important radicals of these rings. Namely, given a t.u.p.-semigroup (two unique product semigroup) X, we show if R is an X-graded ring then both its upper nilradical and Jacobson radical are homogeneous. This partially answers questions of Smoktunowicz and Jespers.
