“Group operator systems”
In this talk, which is based on joint work with D. Farenick, A. Kavruk, V. Paulsen and M. Tomforde, I will discuss various properties of operator systems arising from discrete groups, related to C*-envelopes and tensor products. I will consider in detail specific examples of groups of interest and show how their operator systems relate to quantum colourings of graphs.
