“One more time for conformal normal coordinates”

We completed the proof of Graham’s theorem, and the expansion of the volume form in Riemannian normal coordinates. All that remains is to prove existence of conformal normal coordinates in general. The first application of this result will be to prove that, if the dimension is at least 6 and the manifold is not locally conformally flat, then the Yamabe problem is solvable.
