  C*-modules over\nSigma*-algebras analogous to the class of W*-modules (se
 lfdual\nC*-modules over W*-algebras)\, and we are able to obtain\nSigma*-v
 ersions of virtually all the basic results about C*- and\nW*-modules. We t
 hen apply the theory of Sigma*-modules to define and\nstudy a version of M
 orita equivalence for Sigma*-algebras.
