 ra curves\"\n\nShimura curves are generalizations of classical modular cur
 ves.\nBecause of the lack of cusps on Shimura curves\, there are very few\
 nexplicit methods for Shimura curves. In this talk\, we will introduce\nBo
 rcherds forms and use them to determine the equations of Shimura\ncurves. 
 The construction of Borcherds forms is done by solving certain\ninteger pr
 ogramming problems. This is a joint work with Jia-Wei Guo.\n\nMC 5403
