 GEOMETRY\"\n\nGeneralized contact manifolds are odd-dimensional analogues 
 of\ngeneralized complex manifolds. In this talk\, I will review aspects of
 \ngeneralized contact geometry. I also will discuss interactions between\n
 generalized contact geometry and other areas of mathematics. Examples\nof 
 generalized contact manifolds will be provided. If time permits\,\nI’ll 
 explain the integration problem for holomorphic Jacobi\nmanifolds.
