 GROUPS\"\n\nWe develop the theory of ultracoproducts and weak containment 
 for\nflows of arbitrary topological groups. This provides a nice complemen
 t\nto corresponding theories for p.m.p. actions and unitary\nrepresentatio
 ns of locally compact groups. For the class of locally\nRoelcke precompact
  groups\, the theory is especially rich\, allowing us\nto define for certa
 in families of G-flows a suitable compact space of\nweak types. When G is 
 locally compact\, all G-flows belong to one such\nfamily\, yielding a sing
