 ry of interior C^2\nestimates for fully nonlinear equations. As a matter o
 f fact\, very few\nequations admit this property\, not even the Monge-Amp
 ère equation in\ndimension three or above. We will then present our recen
 t work on\ninterior C^2 estimate for Hessian quotient equation. We will di
 scuss\nthe main idea behind the proof. If time permits\, we will also disc
 uss\nthe Pogorelov-type interior C^2 estimate for Hessian quotient equatio
