SUMMARY:Algebraic Geometry Working Seminar | Kaleb Ruscitti | SAGBI basis f
 or\nquiver semi-invariants using linked tableaux
CLASS:PUBLIC
DESCRIPTION:KALEB RUSCITTI (UNIVERSITY OF WATERLOO)\n\n_SAGBI basis for qui
 ver semi-invariants using linked tableaux_\n\nThere is a well-known constr
uction of a SAGBI basis for the\nco-ordinate ring of a Grassmannian that i
s described using\nsemi-standard young tableaux. Kalashnikov and Heuberger
generalized\nparts of this theory to arbitrary moduli spaces of quiver\nr
epresentations by introducing linked tableaux sets\, and then used\nthese
to describe a SAGBI basis for the semi-invariants of the\nKronecker quiver
. In this talk I will discuss the further extension of\nthis theory to pro
vide a SAGBI basis for any acyclic quiver\, indexed\nby the semi-standard
linked tableaux sets of an associated bipartite\nquiver.\n\nFrom 10:30-11:
00 there will be a pre-seminar where we go over Young\nTableaux and their
 relationship to semi-invariants of the\nGrassmannian.\n\nMC 5403
