 pological groups. Emphasizing some of these\nsimilarities\, we define and 
 study Følner type conditions for\nhypergroups. We also observe some resul
 ts obtained from Leptin\ncondition for Banach algebras defined on hypergro
 ups\, namely\nhypergroup algebras and Fourier algebras.
