How do I delete cookies and clear cache in my browser?

If you're experiencing problems navigating in Quest, try deleting cookies and clearing cache in your browser.

You'll find "Tools" at the top of your browser.

If you see the following message after deleting cookies and clearing cache, just retry logging in one more time:

"Your login was not successful. It appears your browser does not accept cookies, and cookies are required for Quest. Please enable cookies and try again."

  • Select Internet options
  • Select temporary Internet files
  • Select delete cookies
  • Select delete files

  • Select privacy
  • Select clear for cookies and cache
