Term: Fall 2010
Program: BSc Kinesiology
Kimberly, as a member of an ongoing research team, was trained to administer neuropsychological assessments on older adults including those experiencing mild cognitive impairment or dementia. This work provided Kimberly with insight on the anxiety that older Canadians have regarding their existing cognitive abilities as well as the risks of future declines. From this Kimberly is considering pursuing graduate work in either the field of gerontology or geriatric medicine.
