Faculty and research scientists at the University of Waterloo with an interest in research on aging are invited to join the RBC Retirement Research Centre as faculty affiliates. Contact the Director for more information.
The RBC Retirement Research Centre was created to foster innovative research on aging and retirement. The aging research supported by the RBC research centre focuses on health and wellness, financial and economic issues, mobility, and technology use among other topics.
The research centre supports two funding opportunities:
- Collaborative research projects designed by University of Waterloo researchers in conjunction with RBC colleagues to yield insights on aging and retirement with potential commercial application
- Undergraduate fellowships that support research on aging and retirement conducted by students in collaboration with an affiliated researcher who serves as a faculty mentor
