I am a professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Waterloo. I received my undergraduate degree in psychology at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay Ontario and then went to Saskatoon Saskatchewan to study for my PhD at the University of Saskatchewan under the supervision of Valerie Thompson. After obtaining my PhD I spent three years as a post doctoral fellow at Dartmouth College.
I received Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Psychology and Journalism from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. After several years in the corporate world, I returned to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where I received my Master of Science in Research/Experimental Psychology in 2016. In 2017, I moved to Canada to pursue my PhD in Cognitive Psychology at the University of Waterloo.
I am a PhD candidate in Cognitive Psychology at the University of Waterloo, working under the combined supervision of Dr. Jonathan Fugelsang and Dr. Derek Koehler.
I received a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology (Biology Minor) from the University of Waterloo in 2016. I am currently working on a Master's of Psychology under the co-supervision of Drs. Jennifer Stolz and Jonathan Fugelsang.
I have just begun my MA candidacy at the same school that I received my BA (Hons) at - The University of Waterloo. Under the supervision of Drs. Derek Koehler and Jonathan Fugelsang, I explore the areas of reasoning and decision making.
