Why at Waterloo?

The Department of Religious Studies enjoys the diverse resources of five different agencies. This provides the department with a large faculty with diverse areas of expertise for students to draw on. Religious Studies is the home for Jewish Studies and offers courses in the major world religious traditions. Further, there are courses on the study of religion, women in a variety of religious traditions, and a wide offering of courses in the Christian traditions. Periodically, the department provides opportunities for study abroad. For more information on the participating agencies, check out the following links: St. Jerome's University, Conrad Grebel University College, Renison College, St. Paul's United College, Jewish Studies and the Faculty of ArtsTwo students standing together.
